What do I do if I want to cancel/withdraw from my credit agreement?

If you wish to cancel/withdraw from your loan then please contact us within 14 days of recieving confirmation that your loan has been approved. If we haven't heard from you after the 14 day period we'll assume you're happy with everything and you will be bound by the terms of your loan.

If you are already making payments and would like to discuss settling your loan,  please call us.

Loans taken after 13th December 2021

If you took your loan with us on or after 13th December 2021, please call us on 0333 003 0260
You can also log in to your customer portal to contact us.

Please note, if you are contacting us about additional borrowing on your existing loan, we do not offer this. However, you may be eligible to apply for another loan with us. We are unable to carry out phone applications but you can apply via our website or one of our partners.

We're closed at weekends and public holidays.
